Our refund policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. You need to return the item within 30 days to get a refund. The item should not be used and the tags and the other packaging should still be intact.
We'll refund your return costs up to our standard delivery option cost, in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged item.
- You received a defective item.
- You received an item that does not match its description.
In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, or doesn't match its description, we'll either offer you the option to return the product via a prepaid carrier option or, if that's not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please to receive a refund for any reasonable additional postage costs you incurred. Note that we may require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.
As set out in our Returns Policy, a returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them from Rainbow Apparel.
