Refund policy

Our return and refund policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased. You need to return the item within 30 days to get a refund. The product should not be used the tags and the other packaging should still be intact. 

We'll refund your return costs up to our standard delivery option cost, in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • You received a damaged item.
  • You received a defective item.
  • You received an item that does not match its description.

In accordance with your statutory rights, if you have received an item that is either incorrect, damaged, defective, or doesn't match its description, we will send you the Royal Mail tracked return label link where you can create a return label and also arrange a collection from your house. 

As set out in our Returns Policy, a returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned in the exact condition in which you received them from Rainbow Apparel.

Once you have created the label, you can also arrange a free collection from your home through Royal Mail for your convenience.

As long as the product is unused and in its original condition, we will issue your refund once we receive your return. Please note, a return postage cost of £2.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
